BIOME wishes to perform a specific study to validate and refine their CT FFR algorithm. The data comprises coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) with at least one vessel with invasively measure fractional flow reserve (FFR).

Study objectives
Normally FFR is measured invasively by coronary angiography using wire-based methods or using angiographic images to create a 3D model of the vessel.
The new software allows the same FFR measurement using the CT scan.
