Major milestone in interventional cardiology!
At TCT2025, Prof. Christian Spaulding presented the 12-month results of the landmark SELUTION DeNovo trial.
The study demonstrated that a treatment strategy using SELUTION SLR™ Drug-Eluting Balloon with provisional stenting when needed, was non-inferior to systematic DES implantation for the treatment of de novo coronary lesions.
These findings mark an important step toward a future where “leave nothing behind” strategies may play a greater role in PCI.
CERC is proud to have supported this groundbreaking trial with a partner who shares our commitment to advancing medical science and improving patient outcomes. We thank all investigators, study teams, and patients for their invaluable contribution.
Together, we continue to push the boundaries of cardiovascular research for the benefit of patients everywhere.
